1. Please use the local installation browser on your computer to connect to EIP. Browser Chrome or Firefox is recommended. DO NOT CONNECT by Citrix.

  2. DO NOT USE Forgot Password for the first login. Please check the email announcement for the default Account and Password.

      如果為第一次登入，預設密碼請見Email公告，請勿使用忘記密碼

  3. Your account is locked due to too many failed login attempts. The system will automatically unlock your account after 5 minutes.

      如果輸入密碼錯誤6次，帳號將會被鎖定，系統將於5分鐘後自動解除鎖定

  4. If you need help resetting your password, we can help by sending you a link to reset it. First, visit "Forgot Password" then enter your employee ID and verification code.

      After submitting the information, check your inbox for a password reset email. Click on the URL provided in the email and enter a new password.

      忘記密碼請使用登入頁面下方Forgot Password(忘記密碼)，輸入工號與驗證碼將發送重設密碼信件至您的信箱，點選郵件內

      連結，將會轉跳至重設密碼畫面

  5.  Password reset must comply with the following password policy. 

       重設密碼須符合以下密碼規則

  6.  Password Policy(密碼規則):

       6.1 The password must be at least 10 characters including one Uppercase character (A-Z), one Lowercase character (a-z), and one Digit (0-9).

              密碼長度需要大於或等於10碼的文數字，至少必須包含一小寫、一大寫、一數字

       6.2 The password should be changed every three months.

              使用者需要每3個月定期更換密碼

       6.3 The new password should not be the same as the last five times.

              新密碼不能和前5次相同
